The quality policy as an essential part of the company philosophy and strategy of Profilex-Gentes e.K. applies to all employees and is the top priority for all actions. It is substantiated by the quality objectives and thus also evaluated with regard to its effectiveness.

The aim is to constantly strive to offer our customers products and services that are developed, planned, produced and checked or evaluated using secure processes based on a QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. Thus ensuring Profilex-Gentes e.K.  it's strategic positioning as a partner to the automotive industry.

The requirements and expectations of all interested parties from the corporate environment are coordinated in a continuous dialogue and processes and structures are adapted on this basis. The company is committed to consistently meeting all requirements and expectations.

Part of the quality policy goal, which is constantly pursued and optimized are safety and environmental protection aspects as well as a responsible use of resources.

Qualified and motivated employees are the basis for providing quality services. The management ensures the appropriate framework and a cooperative relationship. But also material resources that correspond to the state of the art are an essential prerequisite. The management provides these to the required extent.

Profitability must be guaranteed, as this is the only way to ensure the continued existence of the company and thus it's jobs. The management therefore sees it as it's primary task to promote responsibility and quality awareness as well as to establish a continuous improvement process and to monitor its effectiveness.

All employees know and understand the quality policy, the quality goals and the QM system with the necessary instructions and regulations and implement them consistently.
